Bathroom needs upgrade Having a shower with the shower head falling off the wall is a challenge.

We have rented apartments nearly 20 years in Spain and never treated this way. We should have understood from earlier feedback and especially answers in booking.com to stay away but we were late booking this year and not much options left. We should have understood to login daily bases to booking.com to read lessor instructions and restrictions sent after we had arrived. We only received few by mail and never saw others that were only available in app / booking.com pages before we came home. Answers when trying to communicate with lessor were very rude and we dont understand who treats customers like this. Our security deposit was never returned because :1 we came 12pm on sunday and were welcome at that time because apartment was empty ( later we were charged about this - early login ) 2 we were charged about signing contract when arrived and not forehand-this was not even suggested 3 according the lessor we used too much aircon and they came in to the apartment wo permission and shut it down when we were not there ( illegal ). We rented apartment with aircon… and spent the final day without it. And we only used living room aircon - not bedroom at all. 4 according the lessor we spoilt balcony floor when aircon waterbottle came full and WATER came over on balcony floor ( we did not know it should be emptied by us - would have done it if we would have known - we did take the carbage out so why wouldnt we have done this ) and on the other hand at least one aircon outdoor unit was leaking… on top of all there are pets in apartment ( if you like cochroaches… ). Lessor must know this because of a trap in closet floor and bottle of poison. Due to behaviour of the lessor we took videos of apartment condition and pets before we left.

Nice Location. Good balcony and sitting/dining area.

Very small uncomfortable beds. Horrible sheets. No extra sheets for a change in ten night stay. €35 charge for checking in at 5 pm instead of 1-2pm. Had to check out by 10 am with nowhere to leave luggage. Had to pay rental charge again direct to renter plus security deposit of €200. Had to use Paycomet for payments or an additional €40 to use MasterCard or Bank transfer. €40 per hour late checkout

Location and choice of channels on TV. There was a minor fault on original TV screen, owner replaced it with a new larger screen.

Bathroom small but functional shower like a pressure washer 💨but it needs updating and would benefit from some form of ventilation installing. Hot water heater failed on morning of last day but we had an early flight so it didn't really affect us apart from having to boil kettle to wash breakfast dishes.

We arrived later than expected because of flight delay and Lola arrange to meet us and was very accommodating

Lovely apartment in a good location. Great balcony view. The owner met us and explained clearly how everything worked. There was also an apartment manuel with instructions. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and cleaning materials, even a shopping trolley. There was a cupboard of books. It was very clean.
