The instructions were very clear and on point. I found them without a problem and was able to collect them very easily.

Easy check-in, comfy bed, good location

Cleanliness of the bathroom was absolutely not acceptable, red and black mold, dirty shower curtains, clogged drain, moldy bathroom furniture, dirty tiles. We contacted the owner, they immediately responded, but although telling us they would come by the next day, nothing happened. Complete disappointment. Apart from the bathroom, the rest of the flat was okay, former visitors used bedsheets were still stored onsite. Description of the apartments on Booking.com initially not clear and misleading; "new"-looking bathroom in initial pictures belongs to 3-bed appartment!

The apartments were confortable, with all the facilites you may need (big beds, wardroves, towels, hair dryer, coffe, oil, sugar, salt, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, iron, vacuum cleaner...), there were light and places to charge your phone next to the bedside.

Check in time was quite late (18 pm), although we could get in after 16 pm. Check out time was quite early (10 am), and we didn't get any place to leave our luggage. The number of the apartments do not follow a logical order, so you might need to go up and downstairs to find yours. Wifi connection wasn't easy to connect.

everything was good, They could have mentioned that there is an elevator, I noticed it after carrying the luggage for 4 floors, you can view the elevator once you go to the first floor as it is on one side and difficult to find unless your room is on that side.

The room was dirty when I arrived. I have asked them for the invoice and they do not send it. There is very poor coordination.
