房间里有阳台、白天可以站在阳台眺望濑户内海、晚上可以观赏神户美丽的灯光夜景；该住处楼下就是公交车站、而且公交车车次相当频繁、随时可以在15分钟左右就到达三宫站；该住处还靠近风景美丽的摩耶山、网红的神户大学、附近还有漂亮的公园，如果喜欢跑步的话（比如我）就真的是太好了；房间还配备了洗衣机烘干机、烘箱、微波炉、燃气灶，可以满足不同的需求、有家的感觉
