The mattress really needs replacing, I found the bed extremely soft

Great facilities, cozy apartment, many restaurants and a mall around

The condo is ideally located in a quiet area, very close to Maya shopping mall and other Nimmanhaemin attractions and restaurants. Other Chiang Mai destinations are a short taxi or motorbike ride away. Parking is readily available nearby. The condo itself is in good condition and well-equipped; it exceeded our expectations. The kitchen, washing machine, and bathroom were all great, and the bed was comfortable and clean. Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked perfectly. The building is also fantastic, featuring a small gym and a rooftop pool with beautiful mountain and city views. Communication with the owner was excellent. While the sound of departing aircraft may be noticeable, it wasn't a problem for us. I definitely recommend this condo. If I return to this amazing city, I will definitely stay at Play Condominium again.

This was a find! Great location across from the mall, close to everything. Loved the apartment which was perfect for one person or a couple, very clean and no bugs! It had everything you need including laundry detergent and having the washer was really nice. The rooftop pool is beautiful and there’s even an air conditioned coworking space on the roof with a view. Such a great value for the cost. I wish I could have stayed there a month:)

It’s directly under the flight path , a little bit disturbed early hours and late nights
