The house was neat and great. Both bedroom bed and the living room sofa bed were comfortable. Kitchen equipment and supplies were useful. The management was very responsive to questions.

The backyard patio was spacious but we don’t understand why smoking was not allowed there.

Convenient for my travel purpose

Washer and dryer are old and we were not provided with detergent even though we booked it for a week.

I liked the fact that it was close to the event I was attending at the Queen Mary. The furniture and setting were exactly like the photo provided. Things I appreciated 1. Alarm system. 2. Small tiny garage, it fit my HONDA FIT. Will not fit an SUV, van, truck, or anything bigger than a small hatch back vehicle. 3. Brand new updated small kitchen. 4. Updated bathroom. 5. Washer/dryer, which we did not use. 6. During the day, if you put the volume high enough, you can't hear the street noise. 7. The A/C unit on the wall is broken, I appreciated the fact that they provided portable units I the living room and bedroom. Even though I felt opening the window is unsafe.

So there were a ton of things I didn't like 1. The noise of this location was very loud, and people were doing donuts all night long. 2. The parking was terrible, and if you don't have a small tiny car like mine, it will not fit into the garage provided. IT WILL NOT FIT AN SUV, and there is no street parking because it gets full pretty quickly. 3. The floor was not mopped because my bare foot was black by the end of the first night. The rest of my stay, I wore my socks. 4. The drain in the shower is very poor, and between the 4 of us was pretty backed up. It was gross because we had to shower in it. 5. The day prior to arrival, I received an email stating that the room was only booked for 2 people, which was not true. It was booked for 4. So, I had to contact Booking.com to get it straightened out. The person who owns this property needs to pay attention to the little details because it also states they charge $50 per person extra who isn't booked. They clearly copy & paste the message they sent me. I do not appreciate it because I was on the phone calling Booking.com & unable to reach the property management myself. 6. Contacting this management personnel was quite difficult and unreachable. 7. This is a duplex, and the person living next door has dogs who sometimes barked all day long. I'm betting that this is the owner of the property. 8. Even though there is a washer and dryer, it is worn out because it is located in the backyard with no shelter. Very run down from the weather. We didn't use it. 9. On the day of the check-in, the power went out, and we could not figure out the power box because the garage would not open. 10. The Netflix app in the bedroom goes in & out. 11. There is a strange long narrow area in the corner of the bedroom without curtains, so the light comes right on through, and people can see right through it. 12.

Easy access,clean, beautiful decor , washer and driver, inside well cared for

Blocked parking but neighbors were nice and helpful. Landscaping was unkept. Beds were not comfortable.a screen door would be nice to let breeze in

This apartment has everything you need, especially the kitchen is very well equipped. Huge refrigerator and the coffee machine were my highlight!! The owners were also super nice and very responsive. Good taste and we felt safe thanks to the camera system.

Unfortunately the AC was not as we expected. It wasn’t an installed deceive but a portable one. There was one in the bed room and one in the living area. They worked just fine but were really loud when you tried to sleep. We had a hard time sleeping as the curtains didn’t darken the room sufficiently. We had to use sleep masks so be aware of that. The apartment comes with a garage which is perfect if you travel by car. If you have a bigger car or SUV you need to check the size of the garage as it might not fit in. We had a Ford Edge and 1-2 inch more and the car would not have fit into the garage. Parking in and out was a bit stressful.

The place is cute inside.

Had a guy that sat in his car all night and morning right in front of the unit. Neighbors parked in front of garage 1 night & there is no parking on street evening/night.

the property itself was beautiful. Interior was Decorated really well, comfortable bed, lots of utensils and kitchen tools.

As soon as we opened the door it smelled like a cat box. There was a distinct odor of can urine, very heavily present in the unit. We opened the windows and turned on all the fans and left the unit for hours to let it air out. We contacted the property manager right away and only got automated messages in response until after we had already left the property. Our concerns were brushed off and we were even told that there were no pets allowed at this listing, when it clearly states they are, in the description of the booking. highly dissatisfied with the experience of this booking and the disrespect with which we were treated. It is a poor location as well, older run down neighborhood with condom wrappers and empty alcohol bottles in front of property curb when we pulled up at 6pm. Feeling scammed by the description of the unit. Not one of us who stayed there will ever book with this property management company ever again. the experience was an incredible disappointment.

No heating. Airco had no drain, so had to improvise myself to keep unit running.
