One of the managers should have met me during the stay. The cleaning had left her utensils in the bathroom. The managers should show how to use the heating system.

I was avoided during the entire stay by the managers. I never met them. The room never seemed warm enough to be comfortable.

Right in the middle of everything. Easy to walk, bike, take buses.

The advertisement was misleading - did not know that there are a 105A apartment and a 105B apartment. B was much smaller than A. We thought we booked A. Struggled with the wi- fi connection. The info in the front of the visitors book was not correct one. After a while we found the correct information - between old messages half way in the book!!!

The location was fantastic, few steps from Markt. Although the centre is very crowded, the apartment was quiet and peaceful. Nice kitchen, coffee provided. Request for early check in was promptly granted.

I wrote several times (three) asking for the WiFi password. No answer. Shampoo/bath gel in big common use bottles, no dispenser.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. Everything you need is within walking distance with an excellent bar/restaurant right downstairs.

Was there before. Spacious & Central.

No lift. I propose a double bed be put in one of the bedrooms.
