Location and ease of getting around.

Lovely modern apartment that is very well kept; clean, spacious and comfortable. It was central to everything so we didn't have to take our car out again - just walked everywhere. The apartment is above The Goveneur Bar, so a little confusing when you first arrive, but as soon as I asked at the bar I was immediately directed to the lock box and everything was easy from there. Nice to have your car parked off the street in a secure garage.

Magnificent location to everything you need to see and eat in Maastricht. Specious unit with everything included. Beautiful shower, very relaxing.

Lugging 4 x suitcases up the stairs...it does get you fit though. Night club across the road going until 5am but you really couldn't hear it as the rooms are at the back of the unit.

the location is very central and the room was clean. Bed very comfortable and good bathroom.

The bar downstairs was open till late in the evening. At 4am on a weekday we could still hear people chattering and loud music.

The location is great, the living room and the kitchen.

Our expectations were too high for this expensive apartment! It was unpleasant not to find a bit of soap or shower gel in the bathroom. The quality of the beds was also disappointing. The apartment has 4 X one person beds that are very narrow, not at all comfortable. The communication with the host was very active but inaccurate. The price of 455 Euro per night for booking was high, therefore I asked before the reservation if "the damage deposit (fully refundable) is included in the total price for booking". The answer of the owner was "Yes, sure!" In fact, the damage deposit is charged separately.

We had suite 105B. Great location. Comfy beds, nice kitchen with big fridge, good coffee, floor heating in bathroom, airconditioning, TV and small couch. Felt quite new and luxurious.

The wifi was either out or very slow most of the time. Mind the church bells from the church next door at 8am sharp (it's otherwise very quiet).
