Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ πρακτική για μετακινήσεις με τα πόδια στο κέντρο. Καθαρό δωμάτιο και γρήγορη απόκριση από τη διαχείριση στα μηνύματα. Θα το πρότεινα. Ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που έδειχναν οι φωτογραφίες.

Το ήταν ισόγειο το καθιστούσε λίγο άβολο σε σχέση με τους διερχόμενους του δρόμου. Η φασαρία από τις σκάλες του πάνω ορόφου.
