Corfu Town West Apartment

This apartment was in the old town, in a quiet street, there was no noise, it's located near the blue buses, restaurants, bars, shops. It was spacious and light with everything you need - fridge, cooker, microwave, everything for the kitchen, washing machine, washing powder, hair dryer, iron , A/C, wifi working well, great view from the balcony where you can dry your clothes, a table and chairs and even a beach umbrella which you can borrow when going to the beach. Our apartment was on the second floor without a lift so if you can't climb so many stairs, think about it. We found the beds comfortable.

It looked clean but if you look more closely, the shower, the kitchen, cupboards need more precise cleaning. Because it's an apartment, you can't expect any cleaning, so you have to clean everything after yourself, like taking the rubbish out, etc. The worst thing were the cocroaches - we saw two in the bathroom and one under the bed.

Really great location, in the center, but in a small square so it's quiet in the evening. The balcony was also a really nice way to enjoy the evenings.

The kitchen utensils were really basic. It was a mild inconvenience that the washing machine didn't work. It was making the noise like it was working, but there was no water in it. Just a heads up if you are considering coming during high summer temperatures, we were there during a heat wave, and it was hard to cool down the place. Since the electricity and AC only worked when the key is inside the switch we had to endure really high temperatures when coming back to the apartment after it was heating up the whole day.

Cricket chirping can be quite loud during the night, you won’t sleep with open windows.

The location was great, small unit with a balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. Just a few steps away from the buzz of the town, We loved Corfu town it has a lot of choices with restaurants, bars, coffee shops.

Everything was perfect. :)

The location is perfect for exploring the old town. We arrived on a late flight but were very happy with the communication between us and Spiros who arranged for someone to meet us at the apartment.
