Odisseus old town apartment

The owner picked me up, so I didn't have to carry my luggage over to the accommodation. He was friendly and so helpful with recommendations (like where to rent a car or eat).

Ideal location: in the center of old Corfu Town but quiet at the same time. Sleeping in the roof of such an old building is absolutely lovely.

Very well equipped kitchen, amazingly big and comfy bed and a very good shower! This place really felt like a home from home. The shutters and blinds worked well to keep the room dark if we wanted a lie in. Very close to a decent little supermarket and the main high street area.

Tele when using the streaming services was a bit slow. It buffered but nothing major. On the Friday and Saturday evenings, a large group of teenagers hung out right outside the room. They were quite loud, screaming and running and setting off car alarms. They left at around 10.30 each night so it did not go on for too long but worth mentioning. It would NOT stop me booking again.

Prime location in the very centre, easy to access both the Old Town and the sea promenade. The property spacious, well-equipped, comfortable. A warm welcome from the owner.

It could get noisy outside but we stayed during the carnival so I think the reason was the festive mood of the local kids.
