Location was good and decent size for a big group.

We went for a stag weekend so expectations we set pretty low and somehow this place failed to meet them. One of the rooms had on overwhelming smell of something like paint or paint stripper. The roof was dripping with water on to the floor so our stuff got wet, and it was also dripping on to the beds/us while we slept. One bed even had mould on it. I'm.not.sure how to describe it but there was also like a foam roller on the floor and we're not sure if it was meant to be a bed or not! There's also only about one radiator for the entire place and it's in the bathroom. Contacted the owner after to raise these issues and have been ignored.

The location of the property is great and it fits a large number of people.

We had booked this property due to the size, lighting and general ambience. We were informed of a change to alternative accommodation on the day of arrival, leaving very little to do. We did not like the substitute property due to the general structure, outline, lack of lighting. It was in a building with multiple other flats. The landlord was not understanding nor apologetic about the situation (take it or leave it). He refused to provide us with compensation for the mishap, quoting the alternative accommodation is an upgrade (subjective). He also requested no one enters the other flats in the building as he did not bother locking them (not the job of a guest to monitor entry/ exit to other parts of the building). There was no toilet paper and beds were uncomfortable. Overall the substitute property was acceptable, but dealing with the landlord was not.

Nothing it was death trap!!

We arrived someone was painting!!! It stank of damp and paint we had a pregnant lady and 2 asthmatic so we couldn’t stay!! Water leaking through the ceiling in the bathroom!! And boiler was so old it was ready to pack in!! Very cold.and pictures were deciving!! I phones straight and demand my money back!! He didn’t hesitate to give the money back and compensation!! But he knew that the property wasn’t safe!!

Good Central location, plenty of space and very helpful host. Perfect as a base of operations while out all weekend. Very good.

The whole place smelled damp and the kitchen drain smelled very bad but not unbearable. Would reccomended covering the window between the kitchen and the bathroom, not overly comfortable having a shower whilst someone making a sandwich can see you.

Location is very central. Easy to gain access. Very spacious and a great space for groups and short trips. I'd like to give it a 7.5 its quite basic but really does serve its purpose. Great utilisation of a warehouse.

One bed was slightly damaged as we arrived. But contacted owner as soon as we noticed.
