-Great communication with host, texted to say we could check in early -Free car parking pass provided for NCT car park, which was brilliant as parking is very difficult on street -Rooms really clean and fresh -kitchen very well equipped -free use of washing machine/tumble drier -location was great for us -great value for money

Didn't bother us, but street below can be very noisy at night

Everything was good and appreciated! There was enough space for all of us, it felt like our own home. What also was great is having all the stores and restaurants and public busses right outside as soon as you walk outside of the apartment. This made movements so easy. Also liked the communication with the owner, this went very well. Thank you Sam!

No comments on this, there was nothing of our dislikes.

The property was spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need.

It was very noisy outside. We didn’t get much sleep at all. The street outside is very, very busy with cars doing burn outs outside the bedroom windows. Not the owners fault but certainly a negative for us.

Location cleanliness and staff was cooperative.

Stairs high especially with luggage was bit difficult to carry.

Lovely and clean, helpful hosts too. Felt like we had everything we needed and that I could message hosts if I had any questions. Bedrooms were very spacious. Vending machine on first floor was a nice plus and even though we didn't use them on laundry facilities are available which is a nice plus. Located across the street from a big green grocer which was nice.

Located on a busy street, some Ubers wouldn't drop us off at the place so it made traveling with our cases a hassle. Like, they'd drop us right around the corner because they didn't wanna get caught in traffic. I get it but between big cases and bad legs, it definitely didn't help. Stairs were not mentioned at all which was a hassle also. We knew they'd be some forwarning would have been good. Noise could be heard through the door - the place is set up like a series of apartments on top of each other so you can hear the upper neighbours when they are being noisy on the stairs. We had kids who kept running around outside a lot. The area was...okay. Lots of traffic which caused issues for Ubers and such. I know it's a city but there was a lot of graffiti around and the smell of weed really hits you when you leave the apartment 😶. This seems an odd one but it was able to fit us 5 comfortably but there were only 4 chairs? Made sitting together in the kitchen hard and it was a bit small and cramped in there. Rooms were very spacious as I've previously said though. Another couple of odd bits: 1. The landing window was open all the time which just made us a bit uneasy. 2. My friend rather accurately described the apartment as 'doll house like'. It has low ceilings and the rooms were at odd levels to one another. This wasn't an issue for us, just seemed odd. Like you walk in and face the kitchen which is fine, bathroom to the left and then the bedrooms are to the right but one is on the same level and the other is up a few stairs and off the the right? I can't describe it well but I think by the pictures we thought it was more a house turned into an apartment if that makes sense. Overall, most of the cons are more the outside world and not the hosts faults. What they could control - things such as cleanliness etc - were brilliant. We all agreed we'd stay there again in the future if the pricing is similar.

We were very happy with the accommodation and grateful to be upgraded to the 3 brm appartment. A short distance to the city with the bus syop at the front door. Great to be able to do washing. Parking was close and organised for us prior to arrival

A lot of noise from the trafiic at night as it is on a main road.
