Kampielos Homes - Shared Garden

The location was superb. Close to all the main attractions, shops, bars and restaurants. Also, we used the garden a lot. All meals were eaten out there and it was a good place to relax.

Some work was necessary in the bathroom to prevent water from the shower wetting the surrounding area.

We loved the garden, the super comfortable bed and the fact it was so close to the town center but far enough away so we could sleep peacefully.

The walls were just very thin so we could hear when someone unlocked their door to the adjacent apartment, no big deal once we got used to it but the first time it startled us as we thought someone was coming into our apartment.

It was very small, not enough place for the luggage. It mets only the minim standards. Beeing an old building you can hear all the noise made by the neighbors

We loved the location of the property. It was in a lovely square in Corfu old town and was very close to a lovely swimming spot. It had a certain charm and felt very authentic. We prefer this type of accommodation to something very modern. The lovely little garden was an asset and it had a lemon, fig and kumquat tree!

It was quite small but that wasn’t really a problem There were a few things that went wrong, leaky shower and ceiling but this was fixed promptly by Stamatis. The kettle seemed very old and there were bits coming off inside it, we asked for a new one but this didn’t come, despite being told it would be replaced. The boiler also seemed to be playing up so couldn’t get regular hot showers for the 3 of us…. We also couldn’t get the hairdryer to work..

There was nothing not to like about this apartment, I loved it. It was clean, tidy very good bed, even the sofa was very comfortable, if you wanted to sleep there. The kitchen was great, kettle etc, all you needed for self catering. The small garden was was a delight to sit out in, all day if you wanted to. Mini Suoermarket was 1 mjnute away. You could walk to the Airport in less than 30 mins (depending on your speed of walk). Sea front 5 mins walk. Shops, Restuarants etc 5 - 10 mins walk. The Apartment was full of Character, beautiful Entrance door, approached from the Square. I ioved staying here, would most definitely come back.
