The owner Eric is very helpful and nice person. The location was OK for us, quiet place, not very far from the beach. There is a lift in the house, great. The apartment is clean, we stayed long time, it is cleaned every week. Wifi is OK for remote work. The bus stops right under the windows. There are 3 shops with food round the corner and one more opened until 22h.

There was no wash machine, but we knew that. The laundry is in Victoria. The kitchen is equipped for small and occasional cooking, which was OK for us
