Super locatie, het verblijf is zoals op de foto’s. We zijn goed geholpen door Estella.

Er is geen lift. Op zich geen probleem, maar we hadden een valies van 20kg… voor de rest was alles in orde.

Location.

They turned on the air conditioning and did not give us the remote control. We asked for it. They said the cleaning lady must have lost it. Never bothered to find us another one. We had to ask the neighbors for a remote control to turn off the AC otherwise we would freeze.

The location and the views were great.

Management was not keeping up, taking long time to respond to simple questions such as access, extra costs etc. The girl was really nice when she finally came, but it just wasn’t what you’d expect when you pay this kind of money. No elevator. No cleaning in 3 days. Shower runs out of hot water quickly. Minimum amenities. There are way better accommodations, five star hotels, for a similar price, with just as nice of a view and way better of a service and better amenities (and elevators).

The location was good for our purposes and the apartment was clean, comfortable and well-decorated.

Getting into the apartment was tricky. There were only some decorators there when we arrived. We had to use a door-code which was emailed to us. This meant that only one of us was able to open the doors to the apartment using our phone. It meant that we couldn't leave the place separately. We couldn't check in until about 4, but could leave our bags whilst the cleaner cleaned. Breakfast was off-site and did not start until 09:30 so was too late for us as our bus left at 09:30. It would have been helpful to know this in advance as I paid extra for breakfast. The shower ran out of hot water after one shower due to a very small tank.

Absolutely gorgeous stay in a beautiful location. The apartment was stylish, spotless, and very comfortable, with fantastic facilities throughout. The views and atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax while still being within easy reach of everything Ibiza Town has to offer. We would happily stay here again.

Nothing significant to mention. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
