The apartment was in a good location. It was clean and tidy with a safe, kettle, microwave, iron, etc. there was also soundproofing from outside noise which was very useful. The communication with the company was initially good.

There was a lot of work being carried out on the building during our stay which meant that we couldn’t use the balcony during the day as there was loud hydraulic machinery being used and dust covers sheets on our balcony during the painting of the facade of the building. We did get a good deal on the property and I guess this might have been why, but we had not been informed of this work before our arrival. During our six day stay the apartment was never cleaned or sheets changed. The two coffee pods that had been supplied were not replenished etc. On the final day two new towels were left for us, but this was after having to use the same towels for 5 days. On both the penultimate and last day we made attempts to contact the owner about a late check out but had no response. Whilst there is effective soundproofing from external noise we could hear people from the other apartments quite clearly.

The apartment was beautiful, well located and very clean.

We didn’t have hot water for our first 2 nights unfortunately but the owners did fix on our final day, shame but still a lovely stay.

Location

Dusty and dirty Lightbulb out in bathroom - dark Ran out of hot water in shower Slow communication with host Corridor lights not working first night - had to use torch on my phone Construction noise from early morning. Had to keep windows and shutters closed as the workers were directly outside. No mention of any works being done.

Tolle Lage

Die Gäste über uns waren so laut dass wir nicht schlafen konnten.Es fehlte an machen Kleinigkeiten,wie Korkenzieher Salz und Pfeffer.

It is a lovely apartment very stylishly decorated with a fantastic view over the water. It is very close to the old town for exploring and has a kitchen so you can cook if you would like.

On arrival it was difficult to understand how to fill in online forms and pay the tourist tax to get access to the key codes. There was building work going on and a crane was in the way of the door but this was sorted out immediately. It was the start of the season. The kitchen could be better equipped it was missing several key items for cooking
