"Awful worse property I've been to on booking.com"

Location

Everything! On arrival housekeeping left stuff in the washing machine which I had to hang out and the water was freezing no hot water they couldn't send someone until weekday and when the plumber came to attend the fault according to them there was hot water which there wasn't. Then 2 days there was no water in the apartment at all. The staff were not helpful and rude. I had to go through booking.com in order to get this issue sorted and get some compensation. Then a couple of days there was no hot water again they attended the property as emergency call out and left the electric switch wire to another switch so electrician had to attend the property. He managed to fix the water and the electrician was very helpful. He had concern about the consumer unit and said this system is very outdated and should be checked regularly when i brought this up to the manager they tried to ignore this and made out the electrician didnt know what he was talking about. Unfortunately a couple days after that the water was absolutely freezing again and this time the managers attended to be honest they attending the property felt like I was lying but I'm glad they did as I have never experienced such awful customer service in my life and I use booking.com regularly. One of the manager called the electrician at the house and was very rude to him on the phone he then attended the property as a call out and manages to get the hot water back on. The manager agreed to give me some compensation which was not sufficient enough as the compensation didn't even cover 2 nights at the property which is very disappointing as they also told me to order food that night on them and tried to say this was included in my refund. Its awful the way I was treated and according to the manager she has escalated this issue to see if I could get a better refund as most of my stay was calling them complaining about the same issue. I had to keep chasing them for my refund before i checked out.
