Living room area was tiny for 4 people and hardly bigger than the kitchen. Flat accessed through a grotty, lowrent backstreet

Nothing, we literally walked in and walked straight back out again.

Everything, it wasn't in a very good location as it was down a back street which wasn't well lit and it wasn't safe for myself, my sister & niece.

Nice clean bed linen, decent dinner set. Close to city centre

The entrance was through a graffiti’d door up a back lane, the electrics were very odd, extension leads running everywhere even in the bathroom. It needs a deep clean, window sills, curtain poles, ledges in the roof, cooker hood, shower cubicle was rotten with mould, I did bleach it out overnight and there was some improvement. Ironing board but no iron, all the cups were chipped or cracked.

Didn't get the check in instructions until 3.15 for a 3pm check in.

Bad directions. Skirting boards and floors filthy. One bedroom stank the whole time. Extension lead plugged into another Extension lead. Would not recommend.

The location was not far from shops pubs and transport links The beds were comfortable slept well The kitchen was a Small but fictional

The accommodation was small the stairs were a bit steep could do with a handrail on the stairs on entry The plug sockets in bedrooms were loose and coming away from the wall could be dangerous The showerhead needs replacing and some mould in shower bath mat and rug in bedroom could do with a wash

Ideal location, close to everywhere we needed to be

Apartment very cramped, shower leaks from the pipe and is very difficult to use. Kitchen incredibly narrow and unable to use. Cleanliness of the apartment was fine, just very tired inside, handle fell off one of the bedroom doors that we had to screw back on, and for some reason there were a pair of metal novelty handcuffs in the wardrobe that I can only assume were from a previous guest.
