Stunning High Spec Sleep 14 (38 A3)

We were sent to the wrong apartment by the host due to an error in their check-in instructions. Despite following their instructions exactly, we were forced to vacate 24 hours into our stay when another group arrived. The experience of being watched by 20 people while packing our belongings was distressing and humiliating. The host's response was to imply we should have known we were in the wrong apartment, and to threaten us with an invoice for the difference in apartment cost — despite the error being entirely theirs. It has now been one month. Our £350 deposit has not been returned, and the host has not once apologised or acknowledged their mistake. The showers in both apartments ran at dangerously hot temperatures — close to scalding even at the lowest setting. This is a serious safety concern. Avoid this property.

Great location

Stayed for a hen do. Ideal location for nights out. Short 5 minute taxi ride into the centre. Large communal area. Liked the balcony.

Not enough mirrors, only 2 in whole place. Luckily some of us had brought some. Requested that there was enough bedding for the 3 sofa beds. When we got to property, there wasn’t enough so meant 1 of the sofa beds couldn’t be used. This was annoying considering I had specifically asked. Also refundable safety deposit - stated would be back to me within 7 days when booked. It took nearly 3 weeks and I had to chase 3 times. If I had not messaged i am not sure I would have gotten it back.

We booked the accommodation as part of a reunion for my group of friends who haven't been together for years. The facilities were rubbish, the flush broke and i made the hosts aware of this hygiene issue and they did nothing about it. They took our £350 security deposit because of this and when i tried to dispute it they totally ignored all of my messages. Booking.com were really unhelpful and said they cannot do anything about it. I'm guessing the hosts new this. It seems like they knew the flush was broken as it fell apart with one push of the finger. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! There are so many better places to stay in the city where you wont get scammed.

Lovely modern and clean property, had everything we needed and was a good location. We had an excellent stay, thank you!

We could hear the apartment above us, there isn’t much soundproofing, they were very loud on the first evening until 2 in the morning with music.
