the room needs a good deep cleaning

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They always replied to my requests immediately. They were quick to come with the golf cart every time I requested it to transport my elderly mother. I enjoyed having access to las Hadas beach and the grounds are beautiful. The apartment is equipped with everything you need.

I would have loved to rate this place much higher but unfortunately, I found that the kitchen was infested with small cockroaches and I feel obliged to warn other travellers about this. I had complained and the concierge came and sprayed the kitchen down with an insecticide, but ofcourse the problem perisisted as they are nasty, resistant creatures. I don't think this unit should be rented out until they have been completely erradicated. This issue stressed me out as I had to wash any dishes and utensils before and after use so I didn't enjoy my vacation as much as I had hoped. Just in general, I found that the place could use a deep clean (dust on mouldings and sand in the corners) and refresh (linens are some-what discoloured). As other users noted, the beds are hard.

Location and view was nice.

Bed was very hard to rest on...literally! The room smelled funky at times. Outside balcony was unusable due to same smell.

The views are stunning, grounds well kept, nice pool, good staff!

Location is a walk to amenities, rough road, many steps!

The directions button on the site took us directly to google maps and took us on a narrow winding road meant for golf cart traffic , we walked around asking for direction to “ fronte la mar” no one knew of a property of that name? The property is in “ Parasol condominium “ complex The owner needs to put the correct name in the listing and change the directions button to lead future guest to the main reception area.

Clean and comfortable room. Amazing views.

No refrigerator or coffee machine. Is a deal breaker for many.
