Courma House

Good location, bedrooms all a good size and a handy shop underneath the apartment. Water heater failed and was replaced the same day, excellent response.

Car park space is very small and not guaranteed ,plus you will need a permit from the host. Kitchen is poorly equipped eg lack of cutlery for 6 people and only 3 mugs. Pretty noisy after 5:30am with bin lorries emptying rubbish and deliveries to the shop. Lack of power outlets in all rooms where there is only one socket!.Bedrooms have table lights but there’s nowhere to plug them in if you want to charge phones etc overnight Overall the apartment is very dated and requires a facelift, we would not stay here again.

The Apartment is spacious, it is warm, clean and in a central and safe location close to shops, the main shopping area and a short easy walk to the Courmayeur ski lift

We paid over €4,000 for a family of 5 to stay for 1 week at this apartment which in my view requires modernisation to be at the standard expected for this price, the furniture (including the beds) was old & uncomfortable, the towels provided (although clean) were old & mismatched, some cups (including in the bathroom) & glasses were chipped, one of the dining chairs was broken, there was not enough cutlery for our number (5) & no hot water in the kitchen tap, there was a lot of noise from the street/supermarket below preventing an undisturbed nights sleep.
