Noise from the builder renovating an adjacent bathroom and workmen outside replacing concrete upstands. Bedroom air con unit did not work although it was replaced with an electric fan. No microwave although one was eventually provided. Basic provisions, eg bare essentials provided, blunt cutting knife, no beer glasses only tiny ones, no washing tablets, no cleaning products, no cleaning cloths or paper towel The tennis court was unusable as the builders were using to store materials and waste. Part of the area around the pool was roped off as there was cracking in the paving. The solarium which I guess was the balcony only got any sun early morning. The welcome pack was 1 bottle of water. The bed squeaked so badly it woke up my partner every time I got in or out of it during the night In summary a clean basic apartment in a residential area but with issues We were given a 25% credit because of the issues

Looks simple, but very clean, cosy and fresh. All kitchen devices available. Very good air conditioning in thevlivinig room and bedroom. Great location nearby a nice beach which is not overcrowded. By car or by bus you can still visit a lot of other beaches too. Good wifi. A bit challenging with the parking. You might need to spend some time to find a free space. At the end, it's possible, but you might not be close (however, there is always a free space behind the small tunnel under the main road when entering Águila area). Diego, who was meeting us, was extremely friendly!
