We had everything we needed in the apartment: cooking utensils, washing machine, vacuum cleaner,... It is walking distance to the beach. We were very comfortable as a four people group. We had the common living room and balcony. The owner, Massimo, replied quickly to messages and was waiting for us punctually at the parking entrance when we arrived.

From one room the music was heard, but we are sound sleepers and it didn't disturb us. We saw one cockroach, but I guess that they are unavoidable in the Canaries.

Nagyon jó a hely, közel a buszmegállokhoz, a strandokhoz, az ettermekhez. Kitűnően felszerelt lakás, nincs semmi, ami hiányzik. Massimo nagyon kedves. A bőröndöt a kiköltözés után is ott hagyhatod.

Ha valakit zavar a zene éjjel 12-ig, akkor ne ide jöjjön. Sajnos néha túl hangos. A két hálószoba egymás mellett helyezkedik el. Az egyiknek van két kicsi ablaka a folyosóra. A másiknak két kicsi ablaka az előző hálószobára. Vagyis sehonnan nem kap friss levegőt. Sajnos Massimo néha nagyon lassan válaszol. Csak spanyolul és olaszul beszél. Viszont nagyon rendesen segít, ha kell....a házban lakik.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen gepflegten Haus, in einer der oberen Etagen. Sehr schöner Pool und nicht weit vom Strand von Playa del Inglés entfernt.

The apartment was very clean and very comfortable, located in an excellent place, close to the shop, close to the beach, close to the bus stop. Very well equipped with good wifi and great pool. All was perfect. If I come back to Gran Canaria, for sure I will try to stay at that place. Thank you very much Massimo :-)
