La piscina y el personal

La comida muy pobre,muchos refritos,muy poca calidad

La piscina aunque ya le hace falta una reforma, tiene una cancha y un pequeño parque que está bien sin vas con niños.

Apenas pude dormir por que había un condensador del aire acondicionado que sonaba cada 10 minutos, fui a recepción pero me comentan que es normal y me tengo que adaptar al ruido, el buffet flojito, puede mejorar. Es la quinta vez que voy yal esta vez fue la peor.

Personal muy amable y atento. Muy familiar y acogedor. Sacaban tiempo para ti incluso para comentarte rutas turísticas y que ver de la isla. Muy limpio y gente encantadora.

La piscina tenía algún azulejo suelto. En si no es problema estético pero sí que a veces andando por la piscina al haber zonas donde el azulejo no estaba te lo clavabas ligeramente en la punta del pie. El resto bastante bien.

Mobiliario viejo, poca variedad la coca cola era pésima

The chalets around the pool were good but we was given a chalet at the back where our door was and above pool area although I have a 6 year old so one around the pool would have been better and the stairs leading to upstairs in the chalet were very dangerous I thought they would have looked into this

The rooms were dirty and we had 3 very large cockroaches in the room our first and second night We had a kitchen with just two hobs no kettle no microwave no cooking appliances at all The pool was dirty, no chlorine and not checked for levels or cleaned Food was very cheap and uneatable We had no choice but to eat out every night as me and my partner had food poisoning both being sick and on the toilet the same night so we lost a whole night and day so obviously so did our children There were no ice lollies for children and ice cream was restricted My 6 year old had terrible diarrhoea that came out black after eating one night in the all inclusive I bought my kids away because one has adhd and the other has crmo and they did not enjoy themselves at all I spent more on going out and eating out than the holiday, I’m so disappointed as we all really need this trip due to having a very hard year and now we have no funds left to try somewhere else to make up for this And no entertainment at all The food in the pictures are nothing like the food served it’s cheap and nasty and I’m so very very upset

Comodidad sobre todo para los niños. Desde el apartamento iban al parque, al chiringuito, a la cancha....
