4 minutes walk from Yumbo

Great host, nothing to be trouble to arrange. Fully recommend for anyone. Big pool and great location, nice and quiet with amazing views from the balcony!

Good location, quite neighbours, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed.

Couple of small things need to fixed, screws needed for kitchen drawer handle. Coffee machine wasn’t usable but we had a cafeteria pot. So no major issues

So close to bars and restaurants. The apartment was quiet and barely could hear the road. But the best part was the view at sunset.

The sunloungers by the pool need a mattress to be comfortable but that’s beyond the fault of the property.

The location near the yumbo and all the amenities. The view from the balcony, the washer, the air conditioning, and the nice internet, all the kitchen supplies but an electric coffee machine, and a real oven. The host is always there in time and helpful.

The flat needs a little tlc, some walls are dirty from children, i fixed a kitchen handle that just needed to be screwed. The bedroom curtain needs to be darker cause they let too much light go through in the morning. The main window it is hard to slide and doesn't lock. The air conditioning will need a gas refill soon. The materas needs a topper cause it is kind of hard. It would be nice to have all the detergents, toilet paper and trash bags refilled for all the duration of the staying. And a small welcome package with cava, wine and water would be really a nice touch. These are small recommendations to improve a very good apartment that is located in the best area of pdi, so it can reach a 5 stars level.
