Exclusive Bungalow with Stunning Sea Views by 75Steps

The property is modern and immaculate with beautiful sea views. The hosts were attentive and professional. We had a warm greeting where the host handed us the keys. When we arrived there was a bottle of sparkling wine chilling in an ice bucket, snacks were laid out, Christmas tree was lit with TV on playing Christmas music. The bed was super comfortable, shower worked perfectly and lots of hot water available. The flat is small but perfectly designed, the kitchen is well equipped with two hobs, a microwave, kettle, toaster and even a small dishwasher! The TV is a smart TV so we could access Netflix, Amazon Prime, Spotify and other apps. The terrace is spacious with a table and 2 comfortable chairs, making it easy to cook a basic meal and eat on the terrace if we didn't want to go out. San Agustin is a nice area, quieter than Playa Del Ingles but only a 10 minute taxi ride to the busier nightlife. There are also nice places to eat and drink 5 minutes walk down the hill including beach bars and a couple of decent supermarkets.

It's a steep walk up from the road, not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. This is made clear in the advert for the property and was not a problem for us. It's just worth mentioning to anyone who might struggle with climbing a lot of steps.

It’s a small studio (but very well laid out given the size) Kitchen is limited with 2 hobs to cook with 102 steps to reach the front door from the street (but this was what we expected so no suprises)

everything is thought out, down to the last detail

Everything was perfect, as in descriptions and photos.

Sometimes, in the night, it has been difficult to find parking places.
