people were friendly,even gave my grandson a gift-it was his birthday.

Struggle to get hold of them upon arrival/entrance to guesthouse.The rooms are not up to standard.The towels are stained with jik?It is very hot in the room,no fans-room is too small for a double bed and a single bed.The food was not good.

Everyone was able to drop off their luggage early in the morning as they had to work that day, that was a great help, thank you for accommodating them. There is a restaurant right next door so getting food is not a problem. Great that there was a twin room and family room with single beds which was perfect for work colleagues on an extended stay.

It would have been great if there was a kitchenette in the twin room and a larger fridge for extended stays, especially now that there are more contractors working in Middelburg. Otherwise everything was good.

The people were friendly and the place neat and clean. The bad thing is no separation between the shower and toilet and the room. It will be easy to fit a dry wall and a sliding door. No tea towels or anything to clean your utensils and only two packets of coffee. For R800 a night one expect at least basic things to be in place.

There is a nice pub next door. Same owners with delicious food, good music and fun games (pool, darts, beer pong)
