Our stay at Sea Breeze far exceeded our expectations - the room was much nicer than it appeared in the photos and had an adjoining kitchenette and balcony. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and we loved our stay here. Would recommend.

Fabulous location! Bed too hard for me.....apartment really great...I would ask for an upstairs apartment next time, as people above me noisy!

The location was great having been to Mastichari over the last 15 years.

I found the manager Costa rude when we initially met which is not a great start to the holiday.Despite advising pre booking that we would have 3 people in our apartment and not 2 he chose to suggest that I did not say anything and charged me further at a rate of 10 euros a night-I was not offered a receipt for this.I had spoken with Angela who called me about my second booking to change that booking from an apartment to a hotel room which on arrival conveniently appears to be the same price,she had advised we would sort this out on arrival rather than through Booking.com I never saw Angela or had any indication that we would..Why call me in the UK to ask to change my booking if the price was not meant to be different how would I have known any different?We also was told at 8am on the last day to leave our room by 9.30 and if we wanted too 5 adults in my group could all go into one room and use the shower room-2 men being over 6foot 2- I duly stayed in my room and showered however we when they checked on at 9 and again at 9.15 to see if we had gone.Costa had not spoken to me directly but advised that new guests were arriving and that the room needed cleaning-this had been done the day before…the checking out policy was between 7-11am.The cleaning schedule was also hit and miss however the cleaning staff were happy and friendly a real asset.

Very clean with cleaning of the apartment being done every other day, clean bedding and fresh towels.

Nothing, it was excellent.

Location and cleanliness

A whiff of sewage is overpowering in that area, and there’s no ‘do not disturb/ clean room’ signs for the doors, so when it’s cleaning time it has to happen there and then, and you are asked to leave the room which is intrusive.

Clean. Close to harbour, tavernas and beach. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Cleaned every 2 days.
