Coconoa Beach

Parking is really convinient. Apartment is nice, clean, and overlooking a pool. Enough space for 4 people.

Location is central and overlooking the jumbo center. Issue we had with the location was that it was simply way too loud to be able to sleep up to 3AM. On some nights (not every night thank god) it was really loud - like you would try to sleep in a loud speaker - despite the closed windows. Under the apartment (2 floors under) there is gay sex bar which is probably the reason for some shady characters roaming around the building late afternoon. However we didn't have any safety issues.

The host, Leo, met us at the apartment and let us in to the property. He let us explore the apartment and ask any questions that we had. He also showed us where some of the kitchen items are kept. Leo was very friendly and although his English wasn't too good, he made himself understood very well (better than my Spanish anyway). The pool area was very quiet and relaxing. The location of the apartment is fantastic, just a stones throw away from the Yumbo Centre. We would recommend the apartment to anyone visiting the area.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like about the property.

You just can't fault anything about Coconoa Beach. Leo is an amazing host, so helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. The property is exceptional. From the location to the Yumbo Centre to the actual apartment its self you just can't fault it. I've stayed here before and will absolutely do so again :)

It's a bit noisy doing the night if you want to sleep a bit early.

this flat is super clean! The host Leo is AMAZING! they also offer airport pick up and drop off. The flat is big, I am a solo traveller but the flat would be perfect for a couple as well, it has a big living room space and also a terrace. I was worried I was going to hear noises at night because the flat is near the Yumbo Centre but due to its location, it is actually quiet! I loved sleeping there and I was never woken up by any noises. Highly recommended!

I did not like that I had to leave as my holiday was over :) everything was perfect!

The place is amazing, big and comfortable. Had everything you need, design is also very nice. The best was the host, Leo is very nice and always available to help you out. Free parking , nice pool and easy to get to anywhere if you have a car. Definitely would recommend this apartment stay.

This apt was fabulous , 2 bedroom apt with everything you need. It was spotless clean. Washing machine, iron, hairdryer, private pool, fully equipped shower and many more amenities. 3 min walk from the Yumbo centre
