Historic Center Apartment with Private Garage

Ottima posizione in centro a Montalcino, vicinissimo a bar, ristoranti e negozi. Bell'appartamento, ben attrezzato. Panorama eccezionale.

Andrebbe precisato che raggiungere il garage e salire le scale all'interno dell'appartamento è complicato per chi ha problemi di deambulazione/età. Inoltre la zona centrale limita la raggiungibilità dell'appartamento auto per la ZTL (siamo andati via domenica e la ztl chiude alle 09.00), per le valigie... è comprensibile essendo in centro, ma sarebbe opportuno dirlo nella proposta booking per dare al cliente la possibilità di fare una scelta adeguata alle proprie possibilità.

Sehr toller Blick in die wundervolle Landschaft, wir haben den Balkon genossen!! Sehr gute Ausstattung und sehr unkomplizierte und freundliche Schlüsselübergabe. Auch die Parkgarage war sehr komfortabel.

Man muss beachten, dass die Wohnung direkt im Zentrum liegt und es dadurch etwas lauter sein könnte. Uns hat es nicht gestört.

Accommodation is located right in the center of the town of Montalcino. The apartment has a balcony with a stunning view.

We can't think of anything, everything was perfect.

A comfortable, well-appointed apartment in a central location. We had everything we needed for our two-week stay in Montalcino. Despite being right on the main piazza, the apartment is very quiet. The private terrace is a highlight, with spectacular views over the Val d’Orcia.

Highlights were the excellent location within Montalcino and the fantastic view from the apartment`s terrace onto the Val d´Orcia valley. Otherwise the host was very friendly and helpful, the apartment cozy and the private garage definitely a plus.

There is nothing that really bothered us.

The apartment is located on the second floor , right in the middle of Montalcino. It has 2 bedrooms ( one with double bed and one with bunk beds) , one living/ kitchen area and a large terrace with spectaculat views. The owner, Angela - is very friendly and gave us a lot of tips regarding the restaurants and a very good winery to try. The parking - very important - was close. The ZTL zone is open until 10.30 so we could load our luggage to the car when we left. The kitchen has all the necessary ammenities, including a coffee machine and coffee pods.

I did not really see the pictures of the 2 bedrooms and I was not expecting the bunk beds - but we managed :)

The appartment was clean and comfortable. The location could not be better. Great host.
