"nice place beach close by"

very close to all facilities

the toilet and was sink was to close made it hard to used and the 2nd toilet with shower had no window the owner installed a small extractor fan which help a little but still need an upgrade on both.

Location was great, accommodation was spacious.

Property requires maintenance. (Water stains on ceilings) Sliding door to garden was needed to be jimmied to close properly. Hot water was problematic in one bathroom.

Very nice apartment Nice location All the amenities that was required was provided

Parking on that incline is a bit of an issue The bedside lamp and electric blanket on one side of bed wasn't working. The light on the first porch was out.

Parking spaces are a nightmare if you have a big car it just won't fit in the allocated parking bay

Ground floor access, plenty of room for 2 persons.

Parking space too small for even medium sized vehicle, although this was overcome by using available parking space a short distance away.
