Love everything about the place neat and clean and have all you need in there.

Would liked if there was braai facilities but because of the place on 2nd floor I unstand

The unit very nice clean, safety of the apartment itself is excellent. The staff who assisted with the booking in was very friendly and helpfull .

Not much of a sea view could be seen .I expected to have a view of the sea as it says in the ad. Was no provision for X tra bedding or blankets . Pots and pans are old and rusty ,health risk ,it needs to be replaced. Was,not any cleaning agent ,like dishwashing liquid for the dishes .

The willingness of the 2 guys at the end to help me about the check-out at 10 a.m. I have been lucky that they were working that day and they kindly offer their assistance for my 2 pieces of luggage while waiting for the bazbus early in the afternoon. How it is secured. The bath. The bed. You find what you need. I arrived a bit ealier for the check-in and it was ok.

I did not received the last answer I needed about my worries regarding the check-out (but I have been lucky the 2 guys were there) The stairs when you have a heavy piece of luggage. The cooking tools (pan...) are damaged in the inside. You canot mix hot and cold water to have the good temperature at the sink to wash your hands. You can easily hear the closest appart. You can not open properly some of the windows.

The flat was great but the other tenants not at all, partying Friday night going out coming back with the biggest notice Saturday night they stopped round about 2 o clock in the morning ! It was in actual fact a nightmare and if anyone asked them to please take it down a bit they would open their door and put the music louder! A disgrace and a BIG problem to the owners of this unit. Some sort of body corporate needs to be in place to put these tenants on their place and keep it fair to everyone !
