Простора кімната. Є все необхідне для тривалого проживання. Гарна постільна білизна та теплі ковдри. Гаряча вода є постійно.

Стільці та вхідні двері мають потертості, виглядають не естетично. В міжсезоння прохолодно у будиночку, слабке опалення.
