The location was central and the property was clean.

The property is not designed for 4 adults and when I complained there was no offer of a refund. Booking.com have also failed to get any refund for me. I rarely complain about properties but am appalled that this flat can be allowed to be advertised for 4 adults when it is clearly isn't suitable.

Good location, well equipped kitchen

Curtains hanging off the rail when I walked in which I had to try and climb up & fix so I could close them for privacy. Not cleaned behind the toaster Dirty dirty washing up sponge & dirty tray in the dishwasher, no tin opener No electric one night which couldn’t be fixed but I was relocated to a different apartment for the night.

Great Central location, with most things you'd need for a weekend away and good space for 2

A few minor things needed fixing which took away from the luxury tag I.e front door locking system on open, door to bathroom didn't close. Definitely not a power shower!

I had an unexpected need for a late checkout and Harry accommodated my last minute request. It was a much appreciated kindness. The location of the loft was perfect and I the lodging was very clean. I was also so nice to have the washer/dryer for a quick load of laundry before heading to my next travel destination. If I am back in Nottingham I will try to stay here again!

The wireless internet wasn’t working but this is my first time in the UK and it may have just been a learning curve on my part (learning to use the outlet switches correctly, etc. ).
