L appartamento é carino e confortevole ma a mio parere avrebbe bisogno di essere un po' rinnovato...a parte queste piccole cose per il resto tutto bene.

Nice apartment, located not far from Perugia airport . Excellent as the place to stay when you want to explore regional attractions. Very good contact with the host. Plus it is a free carpark next to the property.

Spazi troppo stretti per 4 persone , assenza di stoviglie per cucinare. Mancanza di aria condizionata o pale/ventilatori, con le temperature di questi giorni era invivibile specialmente la notte.

The property is located in a good place for visiting Assisi. It was quite clean and there was a spacious parking nearby

You need to pay extra for linen and towels. There is no WiFi at the property

the place is nicely located, spacious. parking is very convenient. supermarket is very close, larger stores and restaurants not too far away.

the description feels like the owner just checked every simple possibility (Spa/wellness packages, Valet parking, etc.). obviously I did not expect these. it also states there is a kitchen. which is great. however there was not a single pot to cook the simplest food. no oven. no plates. the freezer door is frozen. there is a bad black mold problem. also, the owner insists on cash payments. I spent 3 nights there and he was never able to come by to collect the money. we were messaging back and forth but to no avail. he asked me when I'd come and go, I felt like I have to be on a schedule on my vacation. although I tried to help by letting him know, just then he was never available. in the end I just left the money. when I asked for the password, he said he'd give it to me when we meet in person. thus, I had no internet either.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable- lovely and warm. It was very easy to get to and there were many shops and restaurants within easy reach

Many of the facilities listed were missing - for example, there was no coffee machine and nothing suitable to make a hot drink with. There is no internet (not listed) and no smart TV so there definitely isn’t a streaming service as listed !
