Easy parking, literally right next to the door. Very close to town "centre" and many shops.

The light coming from ceiling is very sharp inside, not very comfortable at night when you have to prepare to sleep (should be below or at least in eyes height). I've used bedside light and place it next to tv to make it better and ease the eyes, eventually bought my own light to meet my needs.
