The studio had a balcony and lots of light, it was on the 4th floor, no elevator. I booked it in December so winter time as only small table fan available for a 20m2 room, you will be frying in summer! Kitchen was available, Wifi worked well. Location was good next to the Genocide museum with lots of coffee bars and restaurants. Although a bit tucked away it is a safe and local area.

Need some proper maintenance and cleaning. AC should be available as little table fan will not cool the room.

I didn't get the room I've booked. I've understood it the first day since I've arrived shortly after booking, tho I've heard someone booking out the room. I've booked the day after. At least the AC was free. I've tried to book the right one the next day and got asked to pay 3 dollars extra for changing the room. (Maybe u shouldn't make it possible to only book one night if thats an upcharge.) Anyways, ive been told there is another one upstairs, not the one ive booked but at least it had a balcony, not a washing maschine as advertisen. And it was smaller. While they were bringing me up there, they said its 6 dollars extra now. I had no cash at this time, so they said they'd come back later to collect, which at least they never did. Otherwise, I'd flag this place. Other than that, it's a really nice place. Just make sure u get the room youe booked. The staff is very nice.

They put me in the false room twice, but at least they left the ac on. Otherwise, I'd be dead. The staff is very friendly but bossman is a nuecsense

Really nice spacious room/apartment complete with all the amenities. Value for money for sure. Would probably consider this if I want to stay long term!

Even though there's AC in the room, it's not included in the booking price and was told it was an additional $3/day. Didn't know it at the time and opted out of it but the room was actually pretty nice and cool without it anyway! You can also ask for a fan if you'd like! Also, staying at the top floor you get awesome views but have to go up a LOTTTTT of stairs haha.

Concierge helped me with my travel plans. Room service was so good it gave me a lil' tingle. Valet parking was a standout. View of the skyline at night was priceless.
