"Other than the sofa giving way a few times no issues."

Location was perfect for us to get to and from the food festival throughout the day and evening

The bed is not very comfortable but for the price, the location and how clean the place was, it really is not an issue

Clean well, well equipped and great location.

The heater was my only slight very slight gripe, a little noisy in the night could be changed for an oil filled one.
