The view is indeed beautiful, the appartment is well situated, the owners are nice and helpful but the apartment in itself is nothing more than decent. We rented the studio for 4 nights (65€/night). The bed is a spring mattress installed upon a dozen of unfixed wooden planks (no bed base). Together they make a bouncy structure, so much so that if your partner turns you're guaranteed at least three bounces before stabilization. Not great for sores or sensitive backs and difficult sleepers. There is rust in many points in the bathroom, the shower and sink drainage isn't effective so you'll stand in 2-3cm of dirty water for each shower. The non drinkable water (which is normal for this area of Greece) of the flat contains both salt and chlorine which gives it a funny smell. One of the big cabinet couldn't properly open due to misaligned doors (the drawers couldn't be opened unless you fully opened the closet doors too). So yes beautiful view, the A/C works well, so does the mosquito repellent which is a lifesaver, the construction workers just above us were careful with their schedule not to disturbed the travellers but I booked in Mary's House because of the very good notationd and I wish I had been warned of the few problems I just mentioned.

Near to the sea (although not best places to swim). Good kitchen and bath.

Salt water on tap (but this is the same in the whole area for everyone). Surrounding are dilapidated. Host did not show up to great.

Everything was great with our stay in Marys House from the beginning until the end. All additional requirements we had (extra pillow, blankets etc.) were addressed immediately and all the people we interacted with were super friendly. An insignificant technical issue was immediately addressed even in the middle of Easter holidays and Marys House staff did everything to find immediate solutions to every request. The location was also great. Overall, Marys House is an excellent value for money choice and we would definitely stay there again! As a bonus, we also found some Easter treatments upon our arrival as a welcome!

Although the nearby gas-station is a good hint, adding a small sign somewhere on the side of the main road between Porto Heli and Costa to show the direction of the appartments would greatly improve the already fine experience and definitely attract more travelers.
