"We didn’t want to leave this beach house!"

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed (bring your own beach towels, toiletries, detergent and toys). Dishwasher tabs were provided. The location was a short walk to restaurants, town and a playground. We chose to drive to the beach because our youngest couldn’t walk that far. It would be a longer walk or easy bike ride. The ac worked great. We were on the 3rd floor walk up which was fine. We did have some ants on the balcony but I had brought bug spray based on other reviews. The beds were comfy and it was nice to have a top sheet (not just a mattress cover). The kids LOVED the loft. There is no window cover in the loft so it’s very bright for sleeping.

Not a big deal but no microwave.

everything! it was very clean. location was great! Price was fantastic!

I have one suggestion, not a complaint: label the switch for the hot water heater so that it’s not accidental turned off
