cleaneness, location, equipment, easy access and check-in without need to coordinate, available washing machine and wifi, balcony with distant see view (more distant than on the photo), appartment is small but cute, kids loved the loft beds.

mattresses on loft beds not very comfortable for sleeping, balcony door needs fixing, too small stove - difficult to fit two pots at the time (but that is often the case in smaller apartments). the size of the apartment was a border line for family of 5, somewhat smaller than we expected, but manageable, dining table was large enough :)

Easy check-in, responsive host, clean, modern, spare towels, dishwasher, washing machine, nice view to the bay from the living room and balcony.

A shadow for the balcony would be nice to have.
