Central Queenstown Apt 18a - walk to town

Very warm in summer - needs fans in bedrooms Lots of stairs up to apt and also in apt

Cleanliness was outstanding! We felt secure and safe during our stay as the carpark and building is only accessible to guests thru coded carpark and entrance points. We liked the fact that it’s not within the CBD but close enough to the key areas we needed to be plus a supermarket and a petrol station are just across the road. Owners were readily accessible through phone and chat. Thank you for you being timely when we needed help.

The car park shutter rolled down automatically while our car was about to pass through. We’re unsure if it’s timed or the sensor wasn’t working at the time or we missed something that it didn’t operate as intended. There has to be another person pushing the button to open it while the driver awaits the garage door to open and drive out safely. Not sure how the mechanism works if you’re a lone driver. Do you have to run fast back to your car to exit without getting jammed? Just a question…

Easy walk to the town centre, gondola, wharf.

There was no signage to tell you the name of the building. Someone was driving out of the driveway and we asked them. No broom or vacuum to tidy the floors, tiles on the veranda were not grouted. Ore stairs than what we thought.

Great location, short 15 min walk to the centre of Queenstown, supermarket across the road. Unit felt very modern and was very well appointed, and perfect for our family stay of 6 nights. Price was more reasonable being just out of the centre.

Just be aware of the stairs, there are no lifts. Big flight of stairs from the carpark to the door, then 2 internal sets of stairs to get to the top level. Wasn't an issue for us, but could be for others.

The air con didn’t get to the bedrooms unless you left the door open…. Front door needs a blind on it as with the door open the light was like daylight at the entrance area

Exceptionally Neat tidy comfortable and clean

We would have preferred lesser levels as going up and down the stairs both internally and externally were a bit challenging for older folks like us.

Convenient location and supermarket just down the road.

No racks or table top inside the wardrobes and bathrooms, it causes us a bit inconvenience in holding clothes when having shower.

There are two bathrooms which is very convenient for family. A big supermarket is right outside the flat. The staff is super helpful. The location is good. Walking distance to the city center but quiet during night!

It’s a bit tiring if you travel with big luggage as there are stairs.
