Close location to town with fantastic views

Cleaning could have been better, in particular the kitchen floor.

Good location with nice view.

Had difficulty finding the right entrance due to road work.

Property wasn’t cleaned at arrival and had no fresh supplies.

Good proximity to the town centre. Comfortable spacious apartment. Appreciate the kind gesture with the bottle of wine.

At no fault of the property manger, there is massive construction road works occurring at the front and side of the property. This meant we could not access the garage so had to park the car down the street and wheel our luggage through the construction pathway and up the steep hill. For a better customer experience, we wish we knew all the construction situation prior to booking / making payment so we can factor this in especially if we had our elderly parents staying and they couldn’t physically handle this. But this was only mentioned the week of arrival and not within the cancellation window. Also when payment was taken it was over charged and then I raised this, and was refunded a portion but overall the charge was still more than what was advertised on booking.com. Also again at no fault of the property manager, the neighbours upstairs were very noisy late at night and also at times in the early morning, although the unit it was double glazed windows to prevent construction noise, you could hear noise within the building so we all had trouble sleeping.

Location was perfect close to city centre with amazing views.

Construction work around the building was a bit of an issue for car access as well as noise. The toilet was not clean when we arrived.

Clear instruction on how to find the lock box. Easy to retrieve keys. View is absolutely amazing from the balcony - can see the waterfront, lake, the mountains and the gondola. Place is well equipped - especially kitchen! Even has barbeque equipment for meatlovers. Also has laundry for longstayers.

The garage door was broken (didn't close) when we were staying but the managers were getting it fixed so this was not that big deal. One of the wall heater in the living room did not work and we couldn't find a remote for the white heater on the wall of the living room. We actually managed just fine with the throw and extra layers while hanging out in the living room, but the winter visitors might want the heater! Heaters in the rooms worked well though.

The road to the accomodation, noisy neighbors and we had asked for two rooms to be setup with double beds and one room had two singles

Its quire difficult to get to the apartment due to construction work. Facility manager should provide explicit information of how to reach the apartment and mention clearly which roads are closed for construction and cannot trust Google Map.
