"Great apartment with all the comforts of home"

Great communication, clear instructions for directions and access. Loved the special effort with shower gel etc plus tea and coffee.

It was a bit of a faff exiting the car lot needing the key code from the outside.

"Fabulous comfy stay."

Great location, short walk to town. Warm, stylish and comfortable.

Received a harsh message incorrectly accusing us of an early check in and our door was left unlocked after our toilet rolls topped up. This misunderstanding & consequent bad feeling could have been easily remedied with an admission of being wrong and an apology.
