Good value, warm, easy walk to town, super close to supermarket. Handy washer-dryer, well-stocked kitchen. Comfy lounge furniture and some view across to the gondola.

Bed very hard, better once found a mattress topper in a wardrobe. 3 flights of stairs total from the street level so not so suitable for a less able person (OK for me). No sun. Dinner table wobbly.
