The central location, that it has a bathtub and a proper heating in the bathroom. It is also much environmentally friendly to cook with the induction rather than with gas .

That the smoking place is near the window on the ground floor so every time someone smoked outside the window blew it in the ground floor apartment and as the other people living or staying in the house did this often I had to keep the windows closed. It was difficult without fresh air. But this has nothing to do with the landlady. A suggestion could be to move the smoking place to the court entry and away from the house.

Like the location and how clean it was.

This is a beautiful ground floor apartment. Cozy fully stocked kitchen , fridge. Large bedroom/living room with comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean and shower was good. Excellent quiet location, about a 15 minute walk to the train station and minutes from sites , restaurants etc.

Nothing not to like here , with the exception of the shower curtain. Shower a tub stlye and curtain only covers half ,so hard to keep the water inside and not on the floors etc.

The location was ideal particularly for an older person, very close to the river and the Dome

WiFi connection was not stable.

The apartment was in an excellent location, close to the city centre. The apartment was very clean, fully furnished and had all the essentials. We were very impressed. The owner was very responsive and I would highly recommend this place.

This is not a complaint and the apartment was easy to find. But it would be nicer if there is a marker at the entrance since it is located inside a building compound.
