Villa Volta 3 Policlinico Monserrato

We are frequent travellers and have never been so dissapointed in any vacation. Whole experience was DISASTER. So, firstly, parking on picture is in reality in the middle of 5 blocks full of people and never free. Parking is available only on street and just if it’s free since there are people all the time! If you have bigger car like us, don’t even bother, you won’t be able to get it. Breakfast??? 1 small crossiant and 2 biscuits with jam? Not worth it! Door locks are codes, that work and don’t. They can be unlocked remotely! Our neighbours were wildly screaming, since 3am, throwing things, animal screams - we didn’t even sleep. I had videos of it, but the host said that we doesn’t want to solve anything if WE are the ones that are so complicated by neighbours raising voice? And that they didn’t complain. Well obviously! Host did not pick up a phone when we tried to talk about it. I contacted booking and he still decided to not give us any compensation. We were fair - we arrived late at night and only slept, left in the morning and emailed immediately. However, we still needed to pay for 9 NIGHTS. Owner was arogant trough emails that booking forwarded to us and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
