The mattress is new. Instructions were clear on where to park and gain access.

Dirty kitchen. Oven/stove sticky from dirt. Kettle is sticky and dirty on outside, and kitchen utensils dirty in the drawers. I bought plastic spoons, and cups to have tea. Too disgusted to use anything in the kitchen. Curtains are dirty and sticky in the kitchen. The drawers where utensils are held in the kitchen is dirty with crumbs. Bathroom and kitchen had hair on the floor(not cleaned properly) the couch is dusty and dirty. Cockroaches. Floors were dirty.

Could have a fan in the apartment as it's very hot being on the top floor

I did not feel safe because the security gate of the building is not in working order Anybody could walk in anytime I did checked out the same day, the 25th december The curtains have mould on
