The host cancelled my booking on the last minute and now they are refusing to refund my money. Where do I report such a behaviour. I just need my money since it was not my fault to cancel the trip.

"Enjoyable stay in Mossel Bay"

The venue was situated in a quiet and peaceful area. They offered coffee/tea and rusks and fresh milk in the fridge (great bonus). Staff (and owner) were helpful and attentive. All room facilities were as expected. Thank you Cisca.

"Ok for a stopover in Mossel Bay"

The host was friendly & helpful with instructions to the restaurants in the harbour area. The property is in a nice area.

The property is old fashioned & a bit tired & dated. The host is a smoker & there was a vague underlying whiff of smoke.
