Seng på det ene soverommet var ødelagt og vinduet lot seg ikke åpne. Senga ble ordnet etter en natt som ble tilbrakt på sofaen. Vinduet ble ikke fikset.

Beautiful apartment with lovely features.

Extremely expensive. I think the issue is the managing agent handle over 150 properties in the region so have a monopoly on the price. Not cool. Also, the 10am check-out is a joke. It was hot so we needed to have the windows open, which opened on to a busy and noisy high street.

The address on the check in info was different to the actual locagtion so it was a bit of confusion. I like the lovely apartment setting and location is amazing.

the sofa in the living area was very uncomfortable. the beds were not the comfiest either to be honest.

It was convenient to our daughter's flat and some of the shops and restaurants. It was clean and the bathroom was very nicely upgraded. The kitchen was workable, although a little small.

Many amenities were missing, such as extra toilet paper, napkins, basic kitchen utensils for cooking, and ice in the freezer. We had to purchase these items and borrow ice from a neighbor. There also must have been a cat in the master bedroom because my husband had an allergic attack in the middle of the first night. It was also very hot so we opened the windows but it became too loud being right at the intersection with traffic and street noise all night long!

Clean, well set up, all in the right place.

The mattress in the smaller bedroom was very soft and squishy.

Location. Style nice and modern once inside the apartment. Spacious.

The entry and stairway are very tired and clearly need an update/refreshing. Expectation of stripping beds and recycling at a location off the property when leaving. No welcome pack ie small loaf, butter sachets and jam. What if you arrive when supermarkets closed.

The apartment was well presented with very nice beds, towels and toiletries .

A basic of real coffee with a coffee plunger would have been appropriate . The instant coffee sachets were below par and some milk would have been nice
